I have recently moved to Omaha and just love the culture that HS embodies. Fair to say, most members are Olympic lifting focused, but the gym has a place for body-movers of all kinds, from Oly to crossfit to physical therapy to general movement. Phenomenal gym! I came in from out of town and the owner made it extremely easy to get a day pass. He was extremely helpful with asking about my goals, training program and some tips. The equipment is top tier and I love going to ‘old school’ gyms where it’s just about the chalk, weights, and you. 100% will be back!

My first ever visit here working with move RX to iron out some shoulder issues and get back in the weight room.. basic down-to-earth old school strength academy...I really liked it

Stopped in to Heartland Strength for a lift while in Omaha for work and was blown away. Unreal training facility and environment. Siera and Tony were incredibly friendly as both made sure to say hi and welcome me into the gym. The gym itself is ELITE. Incredible space to lift if you are a weightlifting enthusiast, but also everything you need for all things strength. HS will be a mandatory stop for me every time I pass through Omaha from hear on out!
