HS is an amazing gym. It’s perfect for serious Olympic weightlifters or anybody who is trying to just move their body. There is something for all bodies here and the atmosphere is amazing. It’s open 24/6, 365 and the location is accessible wherever you’re coming from in Omaha. The coaches are amazing and everyone is so welcoming. There is something really serious, high end equipment here but it’s actually not intimidating at all. Love this Gym. It’s like coming home.
