For the most part the building s are good and the staff are ok too.
I have been renting 2 storage units from Marvin in Morley for almost a year now. They have been broken into twice. He issues the locks to the units.I had filed 2 police reports and have contacted Marvin and the only thing he has to say is that "You're the only one with a set of keys" "Maybe you should check with family members who have access to your keys" When asked about camera footage he states that they loop ever 7 days. Spent over $45,000 and they didn't seal the ends, the roof leaks and left anchors in doorways. Waited WEEKS after reporting to the Owner of Heartland Buildings. He come to the home and said they would be out to fix. They showed up unannounced and said the ends they could "seal with silicone".... ummmm no.... he said once insulation is up we would be fine . .... ummmmm no..... they didn't double frame the entry doorways to match, he said they never do....
