Make sure to check your insurance before going here they will have you go through months of appointments and they stick you with a huge bill cause they “forgot” to tell you when they ran insurance it didn’t cover it

Do not waste even 1 second of your time here. We filled out lots of paperwork weeks before our 1st appointment detailing personal information. I called her and asked if she wanted me to mail it back to her before our appointment so she could look it over before we got there but she said it wasn’t necessary She had us come in for the introduction phase.
