Neither the low cost of their properties nor their politeness can compensate for the terrible experience that was this company. I had the good sense to record every conversation with this company, so when I provide quotes in this review, know that they are exact. When my wife and I decided to rent a house from Heartland River, we were told many upgrades would be completed before we moved in. Ron and Sally went above and beyond to make sure I had a beautiful place to call home. Very easy to get along with. Keep communication open and you will have no problems. I recommend them highly
710 Dunham St My husband and I rented 710 Dunham street in Burlington from Heartland River for a short time, and I wanted to leave a review in regards to that location. It is in a nice neighborhood, but we decided to move after just a month and a half because for the poor condition that the house is in and the owners neglected to fix the things that were said would be fixed.
