Power has been out off and on for the last month 5 times. It also has ruined one of my computer for the power being on and off and they don’t care. Oh well.
The man who connected me to fiber network was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and the installation was flawless.
They immediately asked about my reason for being there. Listened to my request ask appropriatr questions and took care of my need promptly. Great customer relations.
