Best physical therapy clinic I've been to. Reception is expertly handled by Kevin. Luke and Andrea treat each patient like they are a star! Heat and massage round out the exercise regimen well. I always leave feeling better!
The staff here is really great. They are super professional yet laid back and friendly. You will feel like they actually know you, not just a number. The vibe and energy is really positive and calm. I would fall asleep if it wasn't for the exercises. It's also quiet and clean. They have full range of equipment and facilities for ANY therapy needed. Andrea is fantastic with massage, cupping, and graston.
The people make the rehabilitation facility. Andrea and her staff are first class.
This is my 3rd visit with Jag Hainesport. Not getting into it all, but I have various things that are making it difficult to enjoy life with my husband and grandchildren. Upon walking in (to check it out) we were greeted by Kevin who was very knowledgeable about what insurances would cover and not. Told me he would confirm everything and get back to me, which he did sooner than I expected. My first meeting with Andrea was so positive.
