Never can get anyone on the phone, and when I did, the lady was very rude and put me on hold for an hour.
Highly trained, professional and talented surgeon. Communicates and advises exactly what is happening and how he will fix the problem.

My 12 year old son was sent for an MRI they said 2 days we would have results. Here its been over a week, I have called left messages, was told a nurse would get back to me and still have heard nothing, Was even told at 330 all the nurse were gone for the day, I didn't realize they close so soon!
