Twyla was rude and provided deplorable customer service due to bad attitude. Unable to provide basic responses to basic questions. Took 5 transfers before anyone could find the right department. From a retired medical fraud investigator there is a lot of fraud, waste, and error going on in this office with CMS guidelines not being followed. I want to also mention they almost operated on the wrong thing.
Never can get anyone on the phone, and when I did, the lady was very rude and put me on hold for an hour.

Highly trained, professional and talented surgeon. Communicates and advises exactly what is happening and how he will fix the problem.
