Messed me up beyond belief with an incorrect diagnosis and bad advice aftercare and then you absolutely cannot get a hold of anybody in the office ever I'm starting to wonder if anybody even work there and after the care that they give me I hope nobody does work there anymore so they can't mess anybody else up. Please if you need this type of care go to Baptist in Paducah Kentucky instead of these people in Marion Illinois they are terrible and they'll end up killing you eventually and nobody there would even care
Very thorough & knowledgeable! By far the best GI Specialist in the area.
Went to see one of their specialist and he decided to draw a large amount of labs, 13 to be exact. Charging my insurance almost $7,000 in charges. They have not called my with my results. I have requested results in patient portal and have had to call and leave a message to request results from over 3 weeks ago. I have never gotten a call back or the results posted to patient portal. But they are requesting my payment. Poor customer service if you ask me.
