Kind health care professional but the facilities are well kept. It doesn't have to be brand new to be a great place...but it does have to clear.

The gastroenterology department is a joke. From check in to using mychart. They can keep mychart, it doesn't work anyway.

This place in unsanitary and disgusting. You will come out more sick than you went in. The nursing staff are monsters in the ER. Reporting will do nothing. If you complain about it officially you WILL be treated very poorly and told you are lying. If you love your family do not bring them here.

I've had better hospital experiences in third world countries. Literally. I don't understand how this hospital could continue to stay open when their administration is so incompetent. They had a family member of mine showing signs of a stroke for over 24 hours and still could not give us a timeline on seeing a neurologist or mri machine. We requested a transfer to a St. Louis hospital early on, but they told us that they didn't have an ambulance service to take her. And the receiving hospital would not take her.
