Deaconess has an outstanding emergency room staff as well as the 3rd floor staff. My wife spent 3 days in there and had nothing but praises for the staff. After hearing nothing but negative reviews from people, we determined that they were wrong. She received the best care from a staff of caring and concerned professionals. Hats off to you...Dr Brown and Dr Sharma were both God sent.

I have been a nurse for many years and recently had serious medical issue and the ER staff an Inpatient staff were top notched. The best care I have ever received and would like to thank the entire staff for their assistance.

Been here 4 hours still in waiting. 30 minute promise is a lie. I'm being ignored for people who came in later with lesser injuries.

I just had carpal tunnel surgery done today with dr.Beyer omg he rocks and his team of care gives are angels right down to the anesthesiologist that woman is amazing Kool funny.we need more people like them in the medical industry...I will not go any else.deconess has hit the nail on the head thank you all so much.

I don't even think deaconous memorial hospital deserves this one star. I had an accident on Christmas. I went in and not only were bedside nurse but everybody else was rude. I told them I was allergic to latex and they put an ace wrap on my foot that had latex in it. I broke out in blisters. I went to my orthopedic and they wondered why they didn't put me in a brace to begin with. And then when I call to complain I was very nice and Rhonda the patient relations person got snipping.
