Just another example of health care in America failing regular people. It’s honestly a shame. You’d expect proper communication towards patients, doctors that care and aren’t pompous. Setting an appointment with these people was excruciating. On top of that after setting an appointment they’d call me to cancel it the day before. After going through this 3 TIMES I get a call today saying my appointment which I had finally made again was cancelled. AFTER GETTING CALLS FROM THEIR OFFICE CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT TWICE. It's a hospital. We have always been treated well here.

I was seen in July of 2025. I'm from out of town but had to go to the ER at 2 a.m. for severe abdominal pain. I was called back within 10 minutes, and within another 15-20 minutes, saw the Dr, had my IV in and given pain meds (thank God). She ordered a CT, and diagnosed the issue. Explained what she could do for me at that time, and I was discharged all within approximately 2.5 hours. My prescriptions were called in to a local pharmacy and there was no problem getting them.
