Very negative experience with Donna. My partner and I reached out to Heartland Psychology to seek support. Meeting with Donna was such a disappointment. Both my partner and I felt rushed, unheard and felt our time and money was completely disrespected as Donna chose to use our time together to discuss her own family struggles and struggles with her own son. An effective, professional therapists should have the skills to allow clients to feel heard and respected along with skills to set therapeutic goals for progression. What... read more
Wasted my son's time. Called and booked an appointment for him after a traumatic event, waited two weeks, and then 2 minutes into the parent intake session, declared a conflict of interest. All information was provided to the clinic upon booking, and they failed to do their due diligence. High disappointing. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
