I was debating on which roofing company to use when I found the reviews for Heartland Gutters. The reviews were convincing enough that I decided to give them a chance. I couldn't have been any happier with my experience. Kent (owner) did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would, at the price he said he would! Afterward I had one joint leaking. I sent a picture and he replied immediately. He returned and it was fixed within a week at not charge. If you need gutters; use these guys!
Kent provides top-notch customer service even after the job is completed. He and Haley helped us choose our new gutters about a year ago. They were both great to work with throughout the process, from selecting size, color, type of guards, etc. Their installation crew members were both very polite and professional as well. Recently, we noticed a couple of areas we wanted to change above our porch and also needed to adjust some downspouts to accommodate our deck remodel. We had an exceptional experience with Heartland ProGutters! They gave us a quote quickly, ordered our materials promptly, and installed our new gutters perfectly! We were happy all the way around. They gave us a fair price, quick and efficient work, and were very professional!
Great experience all the way around, from getting estimate to project being completed. I had seamless gutters that matched my vinyl siding and they also installed gutter protectors to help keep debris out. Even came all the way to Gage,ky which is south of Kevil
