I'm building a barndominium South of Mayfield and I ran into a small issue. My downspouts are 4x5 which are much larger than residential downspouts. I needed my downspouts to come down a post and then go out over a ledge on a rock wainscot on each post. I couldn't settle on a solution so I called Heartland ProGutters and spoke to Kent. He showed up about 2 hours after I called and we discussed what options I had to solve the situation. Kent and the fellas installed my gutters 3-4 years ago. Somewhere in all the storms we've had I lost a good section of guard on the back side of my house. I called Kent and they came out, cleaned out what had landed with no guards and installed some new ones- all without charging me again. Great crew!!
I am very pleased with my new 6"seamless gutters, hi-flow downsputs and gutter guards. They took their time with me helping me to determine where my downspouts would be located. They accomodated my every concern. They worked quickly and the crew was friendly. They let me know if any issues or concerns came up to feel free to call upon them.
