Dr. Pyle was great! I had a toenail clipping sent off to test for fungus and was told it would be no longer than 2 weeks and if it was to call office. Well I forgot to call after 2 weeks, it ended up being 3 or a little longer. I was told no results yet. Interesting! It has now been 5 weeks, I have called 2 more times (nurse is supposed to get back to me) and have received a $400 bill in the mail all while still getting no results. Absolutely ridiculous!
The best foot doctor office in Kansas City! I love doctor Frank to death because he is straight to the point, and good at his job. Have gone here 3-4 ish times now and genuinely love the work they do every time.
Dr Pyle is wonderful! She’s gentle and kind. She explains everything well and really listens to client concerns. I highly recommend her. We did have to wait about 30 minutes to be seen, but she apologized for the wait. Considering her caring demeanor, I’m sure she was spending a little extra time with her patients, which is appreciated.
This is to tell you of a terrific doctor & surgeon. DR.M Gonzalez is great. She did a Lisfranc surgury on my foot at Lees Summit Hospital outpatient January 2024. The surgery fixed my foot. I thought i might have to use a walker before the surgery & a year later, no limp & I can walk to do everything i want without pain. I go to the gym 5x a week , swim & i walk & lift weights.
