They really care about each and every individual resident, they communicate well with family members and the meals are great. I am glad my mom calls Featherstone Assisted Living home.
If anyone is looking for a job, DO NOT go to featherstone assisted living. After working three weeks, they send me this gem of a text message. I literally got fired for “no reason” and through a text message. Very unprofessional 😡 😡 For the post, I’m going to create awareness of this place. If you need something stable, it’s not there. Oh ya, and they’re also missing patient’s medications. It’s a disaster.
The owner Lauren does not care about the residents. There were several medication mishaps and they covered it up without proper notifications to alert resident and family. This place may kill you. One med aid that is so incompetent that she lies on state paperwork. Way too much family working here. No active administration. Run!!!
