RecommendedThe people are friendly. They call me by name when I walk in. Not a long wait to get medicine filled and they will answer any questions you have about medicine.

The Staff is not friendly and they don't have customer service skills. The staff need to be train on customer service and the way they talk to the clients. They have a job and a paycheck thanks to the customers the pharmacy have so think about that. I have done customer service for 10 years on different industries and definitely you guys don't have customer service. I hope this get fixed.
After being with another pharmacy for many years they began to take longer to get my refills done. I have switched over to Heartland and I have no problem at all. And the staff are all so kind. They all make you feel like you are family. Whether you walk-in or drive through. I would recommend them to anyone.
