The staff at this pharmacy went above and beyond to ensure I received a much-needed medication I had been trying to get since Wednesday. Today is Friday, and I was genuinely worried I would be heading into the weekend — and possibly even into next week — without it, as everywhere else was completely out of stock. This is not a good pharmacy. They gave me someone else's meds. Her name is Wendy McGann. I hope she sees this. Something needs to be done about it. They closed the one in Springdale down and honestly, it should have been this one instead. My doctor has told me that other patients have complained about them as well for this and other things. Needless to say, I've had all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else
Amazing staff fast and efficient
I've been going to this pharmacy for about 13 yrs now and I love it and they're always kind and helpful. They truly care about you and your well-being and they are always very quick and don't have long wait times. The pharmacists and staff always go the extra mile in every way. I will forever stick with heartland pharmacy.
