Heartland has been my primary pharmacy for the past 3 years and I couldn’t be happier. They are diligent, friendly, and will go above and beyond for you. Big shoutout to Jessica and Tim. Any time I run into a provider complication, they are exceptionally friendly, expedient, and professional.
The staff at this pharmacy went above and beyond to ensure I received a much-needed medication I had been trying to get since Wednesday. Today is Friday, and I was genuinely worried I would be heading into the weekend — and possibly even into next week — without it, as everywhere else was completely out of stock. This is not a good pharmacy. They gave me someone else's meds. Her name is Wendy McGann. I hope she sees this. Something needs to be done about it. They closed the one in Springdale down and honestly, it should have been this one instead. My doctor has told me that other patients have complained about them as well for this and other things. Needless to say, I've had all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else
