The first word says it ALL" HEART". MY first encounter with this awesome Pharmacy, was with the lovely Angela, who delivered my medication to room while I was a patient at CHI St. Vincent Hospital. It was the program of many that I was able to try out "MEDS TO BED"... SHE was awesome. Since that first encounter and several since then.... I NOW have the luxury of having them delivered my medication to me Free and some times the same day . Love this pharmacy. I was having issues getting a particular ADHD medication filled at Walgreens and so I stopped getting it at Walgreens and tried Heartland. Have not had a single issue getting that medication at this pharmacy. I switched all of his meds over to this pharmacy and have not had any issues getting his prescriptions filled.
Heartland Pharmacy is a truly professional pharmacy with outstanding customer service. Carter and April are the absolute best.They always go above and beyond to take care of their customers.They handle all the correspondence needed for prescriptions for my family, including communicating with doctors, which makes everything so much easier.They’re even available after hours when needed.You can tell they genuinely care, and it makes all the difference.I truly appreciate Carter and his staff.
