My office has had nothing but issues ever since switching to this company for our payroll. They literally mess something up every single month. In addition to that, they are never very eager to correct their mistakes. It takes multiple calls in to get a single simple mistake corrected. I Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

For a software that is supposed to save you time, this adds time to your plate and makes doing business even harder. The Pay and Time departments are completely separate and, although the software communicate and works together, customer service is not cross trained in both. It makes doing anything with the two services even harder and getting answers to any questions almost impossible. I have been with Heartland Payroll for just over a year now. I switched from Paychex. I am VERY disappointed with Heartland Payroll! Their response time is beyond terrible and have made numerous mistakes on our account. We are in the process of closing our business so now the response time is even worse! I spoke to one of the account reps today, and she didn't even know what DETR is! I highly discourage anyone to switch to this payroll company!
