They have over charged us every single month since we started. We got hit with some sort of end of year tax prep that we did not ask for and they charged us over $1000 and when we tried to cancel, they told us we were stuck in a contract. So we stopped processing payments with them and used square instead and were suppose to just pay a monthly fee but we've been charged over $700 twice now! That is without processing any payments. Don't ever use this company!
Do not work with these people. I haven’t used them for a month and I wake up to an 800.00 charge. Toto self serving!
I have have had an exceedingly negative experience with this payment services company. Their practices appear to be driven by self-interest, as they exploit contractual loopholes to maximize their own benefits, often at the expense of their clients. I cannot endorse their services, as the fees they impose significantly diminish profit margins from credit card transactions, which is both disheartening and unprofessional.
