Worst care. After multiple meetings and calls with staff, administration and doctors. The same things keep happening. Patient abuse and neglect. Wrong meds not on time, nurses refusing to help, dirty sheets for days, sent to appts no breakfast, taking food to reheat and never come back, unchecked wound for weeks, arrived to an appointment in an emergent state from the facility and had to be rushed to the hospital. This is unacceptable but the standard of care here.
