not following ppe safety standards. not giving patients proper care/medicine. very rude to patients and their families. very disappointing for a place to take care of elderly and care patients
Allen View in Springfield is experiencing a Covid outbreak. My Aunt is a resident in this facility. I received a text from her this evening that said her O2 had been checked on several different devices and was low and that she was going to ask to be sent to the hospital. they lie to you and tell you what you want to hear instead of what needs to be heard. also every time my sister had things stolen from her they said it was not proven that she had money when in fact she did. in a matter of two months she had over $180 stolen off of her. also her things kept getting stolen and we would have to replace them. The nursing home did nothing to replace anything that was stolen. Do not put your loved ones in Allen View
The nurses and aides are wonderful and took great care of my mother. Upper management is a joke, they don’t explain how anything works, from their policies to insurance coverage. The ladies in the business office are rude and just randomly bill you if your a relative even if nothing was signed saying you pay. And they got over $1000 a month from my mom. I will say the nurses and aides are great but over worked and under staffed but some are very sweet and genuinely care about residents.
