I worked at Heartland it was a great place when I started 7yrs ago. they have a staff member that does scheduling that bullies the Aides til they just quit. now they have new management that does not care about the little staff they do have. You cannot treat people like dirt and expect them to wanna work there. they usually have 1 aide per hall most halls have 20+ residents and the aide is there for 12hrs working like that. The residents do not get the care care or attention they deserve.

Never would I put another human being in that facility.
By keeping a better eye on their patients and listening to them when they tell you something isn't right about how they are feeling! Both of my parents where there in 2014 and they both had health issues. I lost both of them that yr. hrs apart.
Food GREAT! Nice staff! Great nurses assistants! Ancillary staff nice! Great guardian angel, social service and activity leaders. BIG THANKS TO YOU
