I was herei last April and the nursing staff was less than stellar. One nurse in particular absolutely DID NOT have a clue what she was doing. I voiced a formal complaint and I guess time will tell what the management does with the information prvided. The atmosphere currently is very positive. There have added several highly qualified and caring nurses. The OT and PT staff are OUTSTANDING! They are the best I have ever worked with. The care is minimal..your family members sit in wet or soiled diapers because either they are under staffed or the staff thats working just plain sucks.people have set days for baths and dont get them unless you call and complain. Then they are good for about a week then they go back to sucking again...
