I'm writing this review to say how disappointed my husband and I are in this company. We had hail damage to our new shed this past spring, the shed is less than a year old. When we had turned in the damage they paid us for our claim, but then cancelled our insurance with them. They did not only drop the insurance on this building but also canceled some of the other properties we also had with them. When mother nature does the damages just keep in mind that this company might not have your back after you summit a claim. :(
Don't waste your time with this insurance company. Paid for insurance for 10 years on multiple properties. Had hail come through, which resulted in 4 claims in 2019. Got a cancelation notice in 2022 for "too many claims". Guys show up to take pictures yearly & last time when he thought we weren't home he started going inside the outbuildings looking around. He did this after leaving a note on our door stating "sorry we missed you, we need to set up a time to meet so we can update our records."
