A few months ago, I took my car to the Chery service centre in Fairfield because the reverse camera wasn't working. They told me they would order a replacement and that it would take a few weeks to arrive. After two or three weeks, I called them, but they said it still hadn't arrived. I visited this dealership three times for the same engine power loss issue on my SsangYong Musso. Each time, I was simply told that the vehicle was “operating normally,” and no meaningful action was taken. In reality, my vehicle has suddenly lost power on the highway four different times, forcing me to pull over for safety. Big shout out to Sam & Alex at Heartland Chullora Dealerships can get a bad wrap but there are a lot of great people who work in the car industry who really care about their customers & the services they provide. My car got towed to Heartland Chullora as it was the closest service centre. I am not a customer of theirs but the service provided by Donna was impeccable. Constant communication with updates and she under promised and over delivered. Thanks Donna, you're a star.
