Bought a 10 year old 5th wheel and had a list of issues and a few general operations questions. Paul’s a busy guy as you’d expect. Took some time but we got our schedules together and he came out and went through the RV with me front to back. It was after hours and Paul walked us through the fix on the phone with his calm, clear and patient demeanor. We felt empowered and well-served. Two years later he came to the house for a backup camera repair and had the same professional and helpful manner. Lisa and Paul make us feel that we are special customers. Paul’s service was the best experience we’ve had since buying our 5th wheel. Paul took the time to ask questions, research the cost of a new water heater and installed it for us.
