Our boat buying experience at Heartland was excellent all around. Working with Jake was excellent. We were in Kansas City and he patiently fielded our questions and was flexible in scheduling our time to come see and test drive the boat we were wanting. Great price on the boat and they fixed everything that was wrong with it.
We purchased a new boat in May after Jake patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. Everyone from the owner to the Billy that took us out for a test drive were great to work with. We wanted a few accessories added to the boat at the time of purchase so we scheduled that for a later date. They picked up the boat from the dock, installed the Fish Finder and Battery Genius perfectly. We picked up the boat and noticed the motor cowling was cracked in a few places on one side. Seeking clarity on email sent directly to owner about interest in his inventory. No response has been given and it’s been several weeks. Motivated buyer and repeat customer being left in the dark. Please provide clarity vs taking prior disagreements personally. Jason is an emotional owner. He was not lied to. He accepted a deposit and after 8 days of not receiving documentation or receiving any communication I requested a refund of my deposit.
