We purchased a new boat in May after Jake patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. Everyone from the owner to the Billy that took us out for a test drive were great to work with. We wanted a few accessories added to the boat at the time of purchase so we scheduled that for a later date. I dealt with Justin, Jason and Kim they couldn’t have been kinder! I was very frustrated after getting on a wait list at Advantage and waiting all summer only to be told that you might try Heartland they are a Sylvan Dealer…(in other words we don’t want to mess with your old boat) glad I did call Heartland! Jason said sure we’ll look at it. They came to my house picked it up and when it was ready helped me get home. Not only were they super nice, but very reasonable!! Can’t say enough..HIGHLY recommend!!
Buyer beware. We were told that our 2006 Sea Ray had never been on the ocean when we purchased it. After very few uses on the LOZ, we are suddenly faced with a 25k repair bill from ocean water corrosion that Heartland claims wasn’t present at inspection. We wrongly trusted this locally owned and operated marina.
Heartland Marine has been wonderful to work with on the purchase of our boat. Billy was responsive and took care of any/all questions/issues we had. Definitely would recommend them.
Bought new in 2021. 2022 service didn't tighten oil filter, Hugh mess. 2024 spent 2 months in shop with shifter problem. Got back with same problem. Finally fixed 2025 before Memorial Day. Received recall from Mercury for shifter, computer needs updated. Half a dozen calls no call back. Gave up calling. Then 2 days ago finally called back. Did not call to set up recall work. Basically told me to take to another dealer. Service is bad. Customer service is very bad and owner tried to pit wife against myself. Would not recommen... read more
