We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander LS Black Edition from Heartland Mitsubishi Castle Hill. We are very happy with our purchase. Salesman Robert Brockwell made the whole process very easy. He was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend using Heartland Castle Hill.

I enquired about a car on car sales they had advertised then drove from the Central coast to Inspect and hopefully purchase,to be then told on arrival the "big boss" has it and they dont know where he is and won't answer calls,wasted half a day and a tank of fuel,I definately won't be doing any business with them in the future!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at Heartland Jeep Castle Hill's service centre. My Jeep broke down on a Saturday and, based on the advice of their sales team, I had it towed to their service centre. When I called on Monday, I spoke to a gentleman named Darren who I found to be quite rude over the phone.
