I had a good experience during the testing but the ultrasound techs missed my DVT on a STAT venous ultrasound and I went another WEEK before actually getting diagnosed by my Ortho doctor. I am in shock and I’m terrified of what COULD HAVE happened. This is not okay at all and I honestly could have died.
I had an MRI done here on June 17. The office staff were great and everyone was very friendly, but the billing department is absolutely horrible. I was overcharged on my co-pay and was told that I would be getting a refund for the amount that I was overcharged. It has been three months now and I still have not received my refund. I was told first that it would be put back on my card within a few days and then Told that I was mailed a check and I would receive it in 2 to 4 weeks. While the MRI machine is loud the staff is great. Very helpful and good at preparing you for what to expect.
