The front desk staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and respected my time and privacy. The mammogram tech was kind, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process while treating me warmly. I had a great experience at Heartland.
I had a nice experience. Your staff was very kind and accommodated my disability at every stage of my visit. The actual MRI they gave me plenty of padding to support my head and left arm and a wash cloth to cover my eyes. It was the easiest MRI I’ve had and I’ve had more Han avg I’m sure! The nurse even walked me back to the dressing room holding my pants up! So that didn’t moon anyone. Then Christy came and helped Mr put my shoe back on and walked me out holding the door for me. Very professional and kind
Three times Heartland has done CTs or a dexiscan. I prefer this separate facility rather than the hospitol due to much lower copay cost. The staff is friendly and attentive when coming in and the test was done on schedule. From the time of an early 10 minute arrival, I think I was out in 35 minutes for the CT. Check with your insurance if this is in network for you. Its worth it all around.
