I call again and again and leave voicemails and they never answer and do not call back for 2 MONTHS. Then they told my MS clinic that I never called or left a voicemail. Absolutely full of it—Just nothing but liars. I won’t be using them for my MRI’s ever again.
The technician was very attentive, told me what was going to happen and even asked what type of music I liked. Very thoughtful
I walked into the wrong office and was greeted so kindly and shown where to proceed. Front desk in the correct office was very polite and did great with invoicing, etc. When I went back for my tests, the ultrasound tech was very gruff at first to the point that I had to ask if I had done something wrong. She was frustrated that I hadn't been told I needed a full bladder for my tests. My C-scan was done promptly and efficiently. Everyone was very nice and courteous. It was a positive experience.
