Purchasing our new home at Laurel Grove was a positive experience due to the sales rep Jon Masuga. Jon was very professional, honest, and most importantly he was an excellent communicator. Purchasing a new home can be both emotional and stressful, Jon's understanding of all the steps and requirements made our experience stressfree. We consider Jon to be an asset to the Heartland team.
I can not recommend using NVR (Ryan Homes or Heartland). I have built with them twice in the past five years and will not make that mistake again. I thought Heartland would be better but I was obviously wrong. You just pay more for the same thing. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness dealing with the warranty items has been the worst part. If you decide to move forward with them I wish you the best of luck!
My wife and I built with Heartland in this neighborhood and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Given that our previous homes were custom built we were initially skeptical but as we learned more we realized we were in very capable hands.
