You'll get a new sales rep every 3-6 months because they can't keep employees... but you'll figure out why after just a few months of being a customer. Extremely antiquated ordering system and a severe lack of organization will result in you getting things you never ordered... or never getting things you did order. They'll tell you how they are the biggest and best distributor in the country... but they are far from being either one. And they wonder why the hobby is dying.
