Dale is so kind and takes all the time you need to be sure you're leaving with the best possible hearing, the most comfortable hearing aids in your ears, and at the best price he can get you. My sister has been seeing him for years. She recently got new hearing aids, and Dale gave me a hearing test and adjusted her old ones (which he'd been checking and updating regularly so they are like new!) to my needs. I didn't realize how much I wasn't hearing with my old aid. I literally could not be happier!
