Paul Wimp is great he helps me a lot with my hearing aids I just wish I could afford the good ones!!
Called on a Friday to make an appointment for my son to be seen. I asked Makenzie if they took our insurance. She said she would have to call accounting to find out. That she would call me back. It is now Wednesday and I haven’t heard back. Nor are they answering the phone. I left a voicemail. Still no call back. It was a simple yes or no question. Do you take the insurance or not. Now waisting our time and having to find another audiologist who can see my son that is 3/4 deaf with no hearing aids at this time.

They clearly explained each procedure. They represent Heartland Hearing in a most positive way. It’s a pleasure to do business with them.
The moment we stepped foot inside the office, we were greeted with such outpouring friendliness! We knew my mom would be well taken care of! Carol, Olivia and McKensie were wonderful and very professional! If I could give more than five stars, I would!
