Have been fighting almost a month to get insurance cancelled, they are still taking money out of paychecks. I have a new and better plan than what is offered through Heartland/Union/Work. I should be able to easily cancel this insurance without counting on someone to read an emailed form and do it for me. Ridiculous.
They keep sending me paperwork asking me why I went to the doctor. I'm over it.
Website is difficult to work with. It’s a pain to get into the website. You have to wait a life time for them to send the access code to either text or email. Happens to me every time. Still waiting……..
Caller representative was very rude and condescending. She was borderline calling me a liar when I was standing with my work supervisor who verified that we enrolled and submitted for my benefits. He helped me in November when I asked him to help me to make sure that everything I was doing was right. He acted as my witness by telling the representative that he helped me to enroll and was verifying my claims. I originally gave Heartland a 5 star but that was before I was promoted and have been trying to get them to cancel my health insurance now that I get my insurance thru a different company with being a manager instead of union. It felt like they don't want to cancel it because they just want the money. I have been going round and round with this company for months now and still having no luck.
