My Dr. sent a referral to Heartland Health care for a sleep study and I received a call the next day. They told me that they are getting the auth from the insurance company and would get back to me in a few days. I waited two weeks and no call. Today I have called 6 times and left 2 messages and have not received a call back. Their website says they are open but no will answer their phone. So far my impression of this company is very poor. I will ask my provider to use another company.

This company is fantastic. I can’t say anything nice about one of their subsidiaries. I wish they had all of their billing in one place so I didn’t have to deal with the other party.
Knowledgeable and kind. Steve took great care of us and made sure all of our questions were answered.
