Very compassionate very amazing group of people. On behalf on my fiance ,, We thank you so much Stacey we just spoke and Laura was an amazing doctor that was very personable and listened to everything with love. Were hoping to get her 🙏 in with doctor Megan Brown. 🙏 as I know amd heard she is the best . Thanks guys for all the hard work you do
I want to say thank you and I appreciate all the doctors that stepped up to make sure my medications were filled for me on time or refilled if there was a need to extend a prescription while my doctor was away. It is nice to know that each doctor can rely on the other to keep harmony and not allow personal opinions to interfere with other doctors medical opinions or decisions made for the well being of the patients care plan in the Abilene clinic. Thank you
I took my 17-year-old son to Heartland Healthcare for a scheduled vaccine appointment, only to be told they wouldn't see him because he had never "established care" with one of their providers. The frustrating part is that my son has received care at this clinic since he was a young child. His primary care physician retired, and since then we've used the walk-in clinic whenever he needed care because it was more convenient than scheduling with the provider they assigned him to. I have to say, Heartland Health Care is by far the best hospital I’ve been to in a long time. From check‑in all the way through labs and x‑rays, the care is consistently top‑notch. My PA Chris and my provider Laura Pape are absolutely incredible. They’re always sincere, always caring, and they truly take the time to make sure I’m heard.
