The CNAS didn't do there job when it came to my mom!
Wonderful physical therapy. Rooms are kind of small
I think they dropped the ball where my mother-in-law was concerned. Granted, she was lucid and could speak her mind - she wanted to go home and checked herself out against their recommendations. However, since she was 73 and we were involved in her healthcare, they should have let us know of the situation and how much care she actually needed. She left the facility with a catheter which no one told us how to take care of, was wearing an adult diaper and no in-home nursing set up. We expected her to come home "assisted living... read more
