It's okay but they could do a little better my Auntie roommate asked to be put to bed so the worker told her she would be back after she get another patient off the toilet well guess what she never came back I was there a hour after she told her that. And her bed wasn't made up my daughter made her bed and went to get a aide to put her in the bed and she still had to wait another 30 minutes I timed her. That's not good. The workers and staff our nice people but they need to do a little better on working with the patient.
I have worked in healthcare for about 8 years. Witnessing the care, or rather lack thereof, provided at knollview was disheartening. A family member of mine was supposed to be receiving end of life care. However, he was not being repositioned, his nasal cannula was just resting on the concentrator, when it absolutely should have been on him. I could go on and on. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My Father is a Stroke patient, he has been there for a couple months, this place has to be the worst Nursing home I have ever seen!!! My Father caught C Diff from Mercy hospital and when he returned to Heartland on Hackley, the lazy CNA that was on duty taking care of him told him that if he messed him self again, she would leave him in it, AND LOW AND BEHOLD, GUESS WHAT SHE DID?
