The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Marilyn Yeager is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER MET.
