Would not reccomend for your family or loved one. Erin and her employees were appointed to for my mother. They placed her in a non licensed facility which they never saw my mother's personal space. Let my mom go months without a haircut or personal care. Denied phone calls with her and her team regarding my mother with the reasoning that talking was costly to my mother. We only were able to get my mom out from Erin's control when the unlicensed facility she was in had a legal issue. My mom had advanced alzhiemers and was in ... read more
