Extremely positive and pleasant experience. Phil (Philip) was very professional and patient throughout my visit. During one of the tests (the visual field), which I was doing for the first time, I initially didn’t complete it correctly. Phil took the time to explain it again and repeated the test to ensure accurate results. He was thorough and answered all my questions along the way.
