I can't say enough good things about Heartland. Appointment time was 3:20. I didn't wait at all. 1st experience was with Francesca (Frannie?) She was efficient and thorough and oh so pleasant. Saw Dr. Delaney Kent. She is awesome. Totally professional, but compassionate and understanding. NO condescension at all! Answered all my questions and then some I hadn't even thought of. The staff and Dr Turnis were outstanding. They listened to my needs and concerns and took very good care of me and gave me hope! I would highly recommend!
