Worked here for 1.5 years. Got stuck paying the deposit on hotels when I was told I wouldn't. Have been given wrong address for delivery and told it's my fault. Woken up during 10 hr resets. Some people in this company are very disrespectful. They try to make you do illegal deliveries like PC to deliver and PC out of live loads from running out of hrs. Real shady company. Sophia is by far best dispatcher I've ever had. Very friendly and kind. Always manages to get me home for the weekends to be with my kid which is hard to find. Other companies was supposed to be home weekly but instead kept me out 2-3 weeks saying no loads to get me home have to send you to another state. Sophia somehow always gets me home weekends no matter where I am. Glad I came to Heartland
