Sophia is by far best dispatcher I've ever had. Very friendly and kind. Always manages to get me home for the weekends to be with my kid which is hard to find. Other companies was supposed to be home weekly but instead kept me out 2-3 weeks saying no loads to get me home have to send you to another state. Sophia somehow always gets me home weekends no matter where I am. Glad I came to Heartland
