No respect for the truck drivers.
LFM ruined this company in my opinion. Heartland was once respected, but became an absolute clown show after LFM purchased it. The leadership that was put in place behaved like the Gestapo and the "experts" that were brought in knew absolutely nothing about this type of manufacturing. Several experienced mangers from the old days were either fired or quit because they couldn't handle the dysfunction anymore. The Torbeck family would not even recognize what this once great company has become.
