I want to thank TJ & Chris for today's trash pick-up. I have not been feeling well, so I had not taken my trash bin down to the curb for pickup this morning. for being a disposal company you’d think they could keep their cardboard dumpster emptied but every damn time i go there it’s brimmed full
Worst customer service they are rude and they don’t do their job.DEFINITELY never go to this company for your trash. They don’t notify you that the charge are going through they keep charging you and they should just either tell you that the autopay is not auto paying instead they just keep charging you without canceling your service makes no sense how a company works like that if you aren’t getting pay wouldn’t you let your customers know that the autopay is not going. Good luck getting a trash tote if you live in Central City. When I first set up service it took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to finally get a trash tote. I signed up for a yard waste collection and it's been over a month and still no tote... I've call and have been promised delivery but still nothing. It's now at the point I'm being billed for a service I am unable to use. The only reason they are getting a one star is because you can't give zero stars.
