The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They showed up maybe every other month unless we constantly called to remind them, and sometimes not even then. Meanwhile, they had no problem charging us monthly whether they provided service or not. Not sure if its lack of ambition, management, or just plain ignorance but they were late every month (paid monthly). Usually about every month and a half or two they’d show up pepper spray the dogs and leave a bunch of trash scattered in the yard. So we fired them in March. It’s going to be June in a few days and it still sits in the yard overflowing. Not a-lot of options in this part of the country so we just started hauling pickup loads to the dump ourselves.

This is the second time that they've had skipped my house within the last month and a half. I had thought maybe it was on me for having too much trash but simply isn't the case. I have photos of my trash and my neighborhood with barrels moved but not emptied. I had just moved to Nebraska and had been warned about this company but due to the fact that it comes with the house and they Monopolies when you move in I will be seeking other means. Till then the trash cycle continue.

If I could leave zero stars and a review I would. We've had the worst experience since December of last year. We've had to call every single month to remind them to dump our dumpster while still being charged the full monthly fee. Our dumpster was left overflowing multiple times even after calling. This month was the last straw. We finally decided to call one last time to get the dumpster dumped and the dumpster removed from our property, as we've switched company's. If I could give this company a 0 I would! The worst disposal company in Grand Island! They have broken 2 of my trash cans in the past 2 months. They are rude and they absolutely hate what they do. Always throwing trash cans and leaving an absolute mess.
