If I could leave zero stars and a review I would. We've had the worst experience since December of last year. We've had to call every single month to remind them to dump our dumpster while still being charged the full monthly fee. Our dumpster was left overflowing multiple times even after calling. This month was the last straw. We finally decided to call one last time to get the dumpster dumped and the dumpster removed from our property, as we've switched company's. This is the second time that they've had skipped my house within the last month and a half. I had thought maybe it was on me for having too much trash but simply isn't the case. I have photos of my trash and my neighborhood with barrels moved but not emptied. I had just moved to Nebraska and had been warned about this company but due to the fact that it comes with the house and they Monopolies when you move in I will be seeking other means. Till then the trash cycle continue.

We have had the small recycle bins ever since Heartland Disposal started recycling. Since they changed their bins to the same size as garbage we chose to continue using the smaller bin. Since the change we have had to have our bin replaced 3 times due to employees dumping the entire bin into the recycling truck where it is immediately ground into pieces. If I could give this company a 0 I would! The worst disposal company in Grand Island! They have broken 2 of my trash cans in the past 2 months. They are rude and they absolutely hate what they do. Always throwing trash cans and leaving an absolute mess.

I've been a customer of Heartland Disposal for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been beyond frustrating. Despite being quoted $65 per quarter when I called anonymously, I've been consistently charged $85. When I finally caught this discrepancy and contacted them, they reluctantly agreed to credit my account for the overcharged amount.
