Hauled OCC out of here. Not great. Terrible dock… load time was about 3.5 hours. Scale was small (trash truck sized) and broken. Had to go down to scrap metal yard before and after load. Messed up on paperwork gave me an old gate pass for paper mill. Never had to check paperwork before but now will always check pickup number with gate pass from now on to make sure they match. Truckers beware.
I want to thank TJ & Chris for today's trash pick-up. I have not been feeling well, so I had not taken my trash bin down to the curb for pickup this morning. Later this morning, I finally went out to take another bag of trash out to the bin, fully expecting it to still have trash in it. Much to my surprise, the trash bin was empty. for being a disposal company you’d think they could keep their cardboard dumpster emptied but every damn time i go there it’s brimmed full
Worst customer service they are rude and they don’t do their job.DEFINITELY never go to this company for your trash. They don’t notify you that the charge are going through they keep charging you and they should just either tell you that the autopay is not auto paying instead they just keep charging you without canceling your service makes no sense how a company works like that if you aren’t getting pay wouldn’t you let your customers know that the autopay is not going.
