If I could leave zero stars and a review I would. We've had the worst experience since December of last year. We've had to call every single month to remind them to dump our dumpster while still being charged the full monthly fee. Our dumpster was left overflowing multiple times even after calling. This month was the last straw. We finally decided to call one last time to get the dumpster dumped and the dumpster removed from our property, as we've switched company's. This is the second time that they've had skipped my house within the last month and a half. I had thought maybe it was on me for having too much trash but simply isn't the case. I have photos of my trash and my neighborhood with barrels moved but not emptied. I had just moved to Nebraska and had been warned about this company but due to the fact that it comes with the house and they Monopolies when you move in I will be seeking other means. Till then the trash cycle continue.
If I could give this company a 0 I would! The worst disposal company in Grand Island! They have broken 2 of my trash cans in the past 2 months. They are rude and they absolutely hate what they do. Always throwing trash cans and leaving an absolute mess.
Bad customer service. My grass tank has been outside since Thursday the 11th at night, I've called twice, yesterday and today Tuesday 16th to report it, and nobody comes.
We have had a horrible experience using Heartland Port a Cans, only seen them twice in the last two months of having them at our jobsite. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I called and got no results and the cans have been sitting there full and dirty. S.O.S has been a extremely better company for this service and maintenance them often as we ask. It's hard enough having to use these working outside but it's worst when the company doesn't maintenance them for our guys to be comfortable.
