Had a horrible experience with a previous dermatologist in Liberal at Southwest medical center, and Heartland was able to schedule me the very next day! The staff, every one of them, were kind, polite, professional and gave me the care that i needed, I wish i had gone to them first! Thank you Heartland! The doctor looked at the growth,told me what it was and how it came to be then gave me my options. Not cancerous,.smart friendly and it only took her about 5 minutes.one of the most comfortable doctor visits I have had.
I called in today to schedule an appointment at the Heartland Dermatology Center in Garden City, KS It is very difficult to schedule because they want you to do everything online and if you want to speak to an actual person you have to leave a message and have them call you back. When they did call back the receptionist was very rude to me and I have an appointment in November of this year 2024. Mind you we are in January and she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by calling for an appointment for an issue I’m curre... read more
The initial appointment was done and well performed. The after-appointment billing was paid after statement arrived. Then additional charges were applied after the original invoice. The billing is done by a 3rd party and has little assistance to provide and wait time for call in. Caution that costs are not fully disclosed and continuing after statment
