Mi cita era para extirpar un granito que no es maligno, solo que no quiero tenerlo, me atendió la doctora quizá 3 minutos fue mucho, pues fue con láser, no hubo ningún resultado, regresé y expuse lo sucedido, me programaron otra cita asistí y me dijeron que tenía que volver a pagar. Le dije que no era correcto por que no me habían dado ningún resultado, al final me sentí estafado. Tras eso piden 50 dólares de depósito y ni siquiera dan recibo ni te lo incluyen en la factura. Brittany and Rachel are both very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
Only thing positive I can say is that the initial nurse who got me from the lobby was very nice. I won't even be stepping foot anywhere near this place EVER again for ANY reason.
Had a horrible experience with a previous dermatologist in Liberal at Southwest medical center, and Heartland was able to schedule me the very next day! The staff, every one of them, were kind, polite, professional and gave me the care that i needed, I wish i had gone to them first! Thank you Heartland! The doctor looked at the growth,told me what it was and how it came to be then gave me my options. Not cancerous,.smart friendly and it only took her about 5 minutes.one of the most comfortable doctor visits I have had.
