Had a great experience going in, however l found out that the doctor was just promoting a new product/medicine because she failed to inform me that by using this product, l would bleach my hair. I had to find this out by reading the label AFTER spending $90 on the medicine. Afterwards, I called them for different options and we agreed on another prescription. It has now been two days and they have still failed to call in the script to my pharmacy.
Scheduled an appointment, went, was not seen as it took over an hour and I had other things to do and felt my time was being disrespected. (Yes, I know doctors take a while but I had my appointment and my son’s scheduled back to back and we were still only on mine for that hour wait). Rescheduled. This place is like beyond a let down, they make it like a mission just to make an appointment! Making you wait 2 months just to be seen by a physician! & just for them to play dumb, & don’t get me started on the one in Garden City those people are rude & should be replaced! This company is full of buffoons, how hard is it for one person to get the help they need!
