Worst dentist I have ever seen. 12 years later and I’m still seeing another dentist to fix the mistakes they made on my teeth.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible experience all around, and when you ask for dental records to be sent elsewhere (because you refuse to go there), they can't even do that. ⚠️ Don't go!
I came in for a cleaning and got told I owe $50 and I asked for what? I was told for missing a previous appt.....that's rediculous! Not only was I not notified that I will be charged for missing an appt but with the inflation of prices who has money to pay $50 for nothing???? Ok if you want to charge that fine, BUT notify your patience that they will be charged IF they cannot make an appt!!!!
Heartland Dental is pathetic! On one of my annual teeth cleanings I was advised by the doctor that I have fillings that need fixed on two of my teeth that were side by side. I scheduled an appointment and had them done. Couple days later my teeth hurt and I couldn't chew on that side. Pain got worse and worse. After a month I went back and the doctor said just to take ibuprofen. Now I’m looking for a real dentist to get it repaired.
This is a very shady business conducting predator business practices. Due to an emergency that I couldn’t control I had to miss my appointment. Called them as soon as I could to reschedule. Then without any notice or warning about a month later got a $50 “missed appointment” bill in the mail. I called to get an explanation and coincidentally the only employee that could explain this hidden fee wasn’t there. I’ve been going there for about 20 years and never missed an appointment.
