Yeah, these people. I used to really, really like them, but I've shared every bit of information about what was going on with my pay, and how each step of the way like I moved from one contractor to another contract. Been with this bank for almost four decades. I enrolled at another bank for my commercial loan and lost everything after one year into the loan. The other bank wouldn’t renew my loan “because of my reputation” then wouldn’t tell me what that reputation was. HCU would have never done that to me. They helped me get back on my feet.
Personnel was friendly, polite, intelligent and accommodating. Could not have been treated any better.
