Heartland Credit Union has been my bank for the past 20 years and I would highly recommend banking with them!
Absolutely can not stand the new phones systems, can’t get ahold of anyone. Takes forever to navigate the automated system, and finally getting to be on hold takes a significant amount of time before someone answers. And yes I’ve even used the “call You back feature” that’s the only complaint I have really
