Go with UW or Summit, Heartland Credit Union has zero accountability since acquiring DCCU. The machine that prints new debit cards was down company wide, leaving me unable to process business transactions. 20+ year member and I don't know why I still have an account here. Edit: One week later, still no business card. I'm so incredibly disappointed in how this credit union treats their members.

Do not bank with these people! They took $20k from me and threw it in a CD account without my consent then wanted to charge me $350 to get it back. Super inconvenient and nobody wanted to offer me any help.
Went into the credit for statement and etc Alyssa M she was so pleasant, efficient and went out her way to explain more service I love the dedication she put out to the community we need more people like this in the credit union
Think the persons name was Anna, Brian, and Mary. All need to up their customer service skills, honesty, and professionalism. Terrible service I’ve been banking with them for 10+ years.
