I took a personal loan, and it was very easy. Most of the work was done online, and some over the phone. When all was done we went into the CU to sign the contract, which only took about 15 minutes. Very easy, safe and secure.

I've been a member with them for over 30 years, as Dane County Credit Union. I've never had an issue with anyone or anything. They have always been helpful & friendly. Since they merged with Heartland Credit Union, some things have changed. The people are still helpful and friendly but we've had issues with their system. I'm not as happy with them since they merged.
