I’ve been banking here for about 10 years and I know they must be understaffed but getting ahold of ANYONE is next to impossible. I just wish they would pick up their phone or answer an email (I’ve sent 3 emails that were never answered). It’s a game of telephone tag and my problems are never solved within a few days. It’s always a back and forth for about a week and then by then it’s too late. It’s just not worth it. I have to switch banks, it’s getting ridiculous.
I came to the drive-through to make my monthly deposit as I do every month for my disabled mom who was not able to get out as much and I encountered a lady by the name of Victoria Bravo who was very rude and needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers! All I was doing was making a deposit as I do every month and she asked me multiple questions about my identity which I did not have a problem giving her. No customer service outside of business hours and during business hours nobody answers the phone.
Rolled over DCCU member. Went full baby boomer and couldn't get my online login to transfer over. I was probably the 10,000th DCCU member to have a problem that week but Jessica was still calm and collected, worked me through it and all is well. Thank you
I recently had to update my debit card and since then I have been unable to use Apple Pay or PayPal at all. This is unacceptable in 2022. I get paid for things online and if it can’t connect to my bank accounts and I don’t get paid. Furthermore, I was stranded in Milwaukee because I didn’t have my debit card on me and Apple Pay wouldn’t work, the poor people who work at the bank have no idea how to fix these technological problems because they’re not technical expert and heartland support phone lines are a joke frankly I’m a... read more
